While I've not been a fan of Newt's since he sat on that damn couch with San Fran Nan, he is one rather smart guy.  He would certainly be better than Huckabee and a billion times better than Romney.  Of course Romney would be a better president than the current piece of crap hanging out in the Oval Office, but I sure hope he doesn't win the nomination.

People much smarter than me peg his chances at just less than 10%.  That seems a bit high to me but who knows. 

My favorite in the field at this point is Johnson.  Hopefully there is still a race going on when the primary here in PA comes along next year.  Last time it was all wrapped up.  I'd really like to be able to vote for Johnson even though his chances are even worse than Newt's.
